Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Curbhub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Curbhub is a platform for real estate photographers to manage media delivery, client relationships, bookings, and business operations. We provide tools for uploading, organizing, and delivering photography and media content to clients.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Curbhub. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver your content as part of the Service. We do not claim ownership of your photos, videos, or other media.

5. Payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. Delivery payments between photographers and their clients are processed via PayPal. Curbhub is not responsible for disputes between photographers and their clients regarding payment.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, to transmit harmful or malicious content, to impersonate others, or to violate the rights of third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Storage & Data

Storage limits depend on your plan. We reserve the right to delete data if your account is inactive for more than 12 months. We recommend maintaining your own backups of all content.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Curbhub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
